In-Person Participants

- Conference kit including name badge and printed programme booklet.
- Electronic copy of the Abstract Book (E-Abstract Book).
- Daily light lunch and coffee/tea breaks.
- Certificate of Participation issued by the Organizing Committee.
Important: Participants registered as Listeners or Accompanying Persons are not eligible to present oral or poster papers.
Virtual Participants
- Opportunity to present remotely (live or pre-recorded, per organiser instructions).
- Access to streamed sessions and presentation recordings (as permitted).
- Electronic Abstract Book and Programme (downloadable).
- Electronic Certificate of Participation (E-Certificate).
- Complimentary breakfast (as specified by the hotel).
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi during the stay.
- Standard check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 12:00.
Please submit all cancellation or transfer requests in writing to the Conference Secretariat by email.
- Full refund (minus USD 100 admin fee) for cancellations received more than 90 days before the conference start date.
- No refund for cancellations received within 90 days of the conference start date. Instead, registrations may be transferred to a future edition subject to the rules below.
- Registration transfers are accepted until 23 March 2026. Transfer requests received after this date will not be processed.
- Approved refunds will be processed within two weeks after the conference concludes.
Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances: If the event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (for example natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemic, civil unrest, national emergency, cyber-attack, or other force majeure events), all registration and accommodation fees will be transferred to the rescheduled event or a future edition; refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.
