Oral Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations provide an opportunity to share original research and clinical findings with the scientific audience in a structured and interactive format.

Presentation Duration:

  • Total time: 30–40 minutes

  • Question & discussion: 2–3 minutes

Presentation Format:

  • Slides should be prepared in PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or PDF format

  • Use clear visuals and minimal text for effective communication

Content Structure:

  • Title and author details

  • Introduction and objectives

  • Methods and results

  • Discussion and conclusion

Presentation Guidelines:

  • Presenters must adhere strictly to the allocated time

  • Poster size: A0 (portrait orientation)

Poster Content:

Presentation Guidelines:

  • At least one author must be present during the poster session
